Looking for a high quality character design but fresh out of ideas or don't want to use a dollmaker such as Picrew or Neka? With this commission, I will design a character based on YOUR art direction!
Additionally, I can also redesign a pre existing character you have!
Terms of Service
These terms apply strictly for commissions only.Before we begin…
★ EVERYTHING in my TOS is subject to change at any time.
★ I reserve the right to decline any commissions for any reason.
★ Any intentional violations of my TOS will result in the cancellation of your commission and the blacklisting of your username.
★ I do not do business with homophobes, transphobes, racists, zionists, et cetera. If you hold any bigoted beliefs, I want nothing to do with you.
PAYMENT
★ Payment is currently only available through PayPal. The only acceptable currency is USD [United States Dollars].
★ Only send payment when I give you permission to. Do NOT send payment before we have agreed on what is being drawn.
★ Payment is upfront. This is currently non-negotiable.
★ Prices, however, ARE negotiable; I will do my best to accommodate your budget within reason. THIS IS A PRIVILEGE; I will revoke this if abused.REFUND POLICY
★ Refunds are available between payment and approval of the initial sketch. Once the art process has advanced, refunds will NO LONGER be available.
★ In the case of a refund, I WILL SEND THE MONEY BACK MYSELF. As I use PayPal, any attempts at an unauthorized chargeback will result in your username being blacklisted.
★ The client is entitled to a refund after the available time window ONLY IF I cannot complete the commission.
★ If the client cancels their commission, they are entitled to a partial refund. The amount will depend on progress.
USAGE:
★ I reserve the right to share/upload completed artwork to social media for non-commercial use.
★ I (the artist) will NOT claim any IP (intellectual property) and will not profit further than the commissioned art.
★ The client reserves the right to use the artwork for personal use ONLY; this includes icons, banners, wallpapers, references, etc. Failure to credit me or intentionally removing signatures/watermarks will result in a blacklist.THE FOLLOWING IS CONSIDERED INFRINGEMENT:
★ Claiming the artwork as your own.
★ Using the art for profit.
★ Drastic changes to the artwork without prior permission. (miniature edits are fine)RESERVATION POLICY
★ If interested in a comm but unable to pay at that time, a client may place a reservation.
★ Reservations are only valid for 30 days past the initial reservation request. The reservation will be removed upon passing the allotted time.
★ I only permit up to 2 individual reservations.
WHEN COMMISSIONING, please have the following items prepared:★ A reference (or references) that are clear, concise, and easy to colorpick from.
★ An idea for your character's expression or pose (either a written description or an image suffices)
★ FOR CUSTOMS/REDESIGNS: Have your inspiration/directions at least minimally at the ready (im always happy to help where it's needed).
